I used to be so triggered and butt hurt when people told me what I should’ve or should be doing. I was triggered because I would end up subconsciously turning that inward and create guilt and shame within from those criticisms. But now I couldn’t care less about people telling me what’s right/wrong for me:
1. Because I’ve already learned and built my on sense of what intuitively serves me or not
2. Because most people are coming from an external programmed view of expectations (so they haven’t even taped into their own intuitive guidance)
3. Because I know how to better process my emotions to feel it, understand where it comes from and release or transmute it
Of course it's a case by case thing as too how much it may affect me or not and I have to continue to be intentional about the practice but having a system in place makes it more simple!
